GATEWAY BRIDAL SHOW OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS:
ROCK YOUR RECEPTION CONTEST

1.) Entries will be accepted until MONDAY, December 22, 2008 at Noon. The contest is open to local engaged couples, or couples getting married locally, who are legal United States of America or Canada residents, and must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Exempt from entry are employees, subsidiaries, sales representatives, retailers, distributors, or advertising agencies of the following companies: Gateway Center, Eurest Dining Services, Night Magic Entertainment, Weck Events & Weddings, Scizzor Shak Salon & Spa, or Starry Eyed Productions (Sponsors). No purchase is necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

2.) To enter, a person must go to Gateway Center’s website - www.gatewaycenter.com - and click on the Bridal Show link and then the Rock Your Reception Contest link. Click on the link titled Enter Contest and enter the contest by filling out the Entry Form.

3.) To enter into the Contest, a person must submit their love story along with their name, address, phone number, and an e-mail address. Contact information must be valid. All entries must be submitted by MONDAY, December 22, 2008 at Noon. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

4.) One entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be null and void. Entries made after the official deadline of December 9, 2008 at Noon will be null and void. Only complete entries will be accepted. Complete entries must have a valid name, phone number mailing address, and email address. Any person using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the Contest will be disqualified.

5) A panel of judges will review entries and post the Top 3 Stories on December 23, 2008. Once the stories are posted on the Gateway Center website, the public will be able to start voting for their favorite story.

6) Voting will take place from December 23, 2008 until Noon on January 7, 2009. One vote per person/email address will be accepted. Multiple entries will be null and void. Entries made after the official voting deadline of Noon on January 7, 2009 will be null and void. Only complete votes will be accepted. Complete votes must have a valid name, phone number, mailing address, and email address. Any person using fraudulent means to vote will be disqualified.

7.) The winning couple will be announced live at the Gateway Bridal Show after the fashion show. The winner must be present to win. If the winner is not present at the show at the time of the announcement of the winner of the contest, the prizes will be forfeited and may be awarded to alternate winners.

8.) Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries. Sponsors assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Limit one entry by e-mail per person. All web entrants must have a valid e-mail address. Sponsors reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to cancel or suspend the Contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of the Contest. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the voting process, the operation of the website, or otherwise in violation of the rules. Contest participants agree to be bound by the Contest Official Rules. Copies of these rules are available at the Gateway Center website (www.gatewaycenter.com), at the office of Gateway Center or by sending a mail request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to Gateway Center at One Gateway Drive, Collinsville, IL 62234.

9.) All entries will become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. All contest participants grant to Sponsors the right to use his/her name and likeness (photographs) in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. In exchange for the right to participate in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and indemnify all Sponsors from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant’s participation in the Contest. By accepting the Contest prize the winner, and any guests, agree that Sponsors will not be held responsible for any expenses, system damage, loss of property, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur in the receipt, awarding or use or possession of prizes.

10.) Except at the discretion of the Sponsors, no cash redemptions, substitutes, or transfer of prizes allowed. In the case of unavailability of any prize, the Sponsors reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unless stated otherwise, any and all taxes on prizes, gratuities and any other incidentals are the sole responsibility of prize winners. Winners must adhere to all the provisions and restrictions established by the Sponsors regarding the prizes. See the Prize Stipulations.

11.) Gateway Center has the right to make final decisions on all matters, including but not limited to the eligibility of an entry or vote, the verification of a winner, the interpretation of these rules, the modification of the rules, or the creation of further rules.
