Gateway Center has hosted a wide variety of events over our 23 year history. We can accommodate any kind of event from meetings, banquets and wedding receptions to conventions and consumer/trade/public shows.

Q: How do I get to the Gateway Center?

Q: Is there a fee to park?
A: No. All parking is complimentary at Gateway Center.
Q: Which entrance should I use to enter Gateway Center?
A: Gateway Center has two main entrances. The Front or East Entrance entrance has a semi-circle drive covered by a canopy. If you enter the building using the Front Entrance, you will walk into the Main Lobby directly outside of Center Hall. The Rear or West Entrance also has a semi-circle drive but no canopy. If you enter the building using the Rear Entrance, you will walk into the Lobby directly outside of the Ballroom D. On busy days, Gateway Center puts out exterior signage that will direct you to the closest parking for your event.
Q: Where should I go once I am inside of the Gateway Center?
A: Look for interior signage that will direct you to your event. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask any member of the Gateway Center or Ovations Food Services staff. We are happy to assist our patrons!
Q: Where are the Box Offices?
A: The BOX OFFICES is located directly outside the East Entrance (Front) and West Entrance (Rear).
Q: Where is the Front Administration Office?
A: Enter the building at the East Entrance (in the front of the building with the canopy and semi-circle drive) and go immediately to the right.
Q: Can I get WiFi?
A: Wireless internet can be purchased for $50/day or $10/hour. Please go to the Front Office to purchase an Internet Card. The Main Lobby is a Hot Spot with free wireless internet.
Q: Can I bring food into the Gateway Center?
A: No. Gateway Center has a No Outside Food & Beverage Policy, which means that no outside food and/or beverages are allowed into the facility. Ovations Food Services is Gateway Center's in-house, exclusive caterer. Ovations caters all of Gateway Center's events. Concessions and Vending are available inside the building.
Q: Does Gateway Center offer in-house audio visual, lighting and sound?
A: Yes. Gateway Center has an in-house production team that can provide audio visual equipment, lighting, sound, rigging, stage design, and more! Clients are permitted to bring in their own audio-visual equipment.

Q: Does Gateway Center sponsor all of their own events?
A: No. Gateway Center rents our space to various show promoters, individuals, organizations, companies, etc. Our clients make their own decisions regarding vendors, booth sales, advertising and marketing for their events. Exceptions to this are the Gateway Bridal Shows and the Let's Go Fishing Shows.
