The Gateway Wedding Show, presented by Gateway Convention Center is fully prepared to plan and operate a safe event for both exhibitors and show attendees. This plan will continue to adapt and develop daily as the show dates approach and the state guidelines alter. Additional materials will be created to advertise consumer requirements and restrictions. These will be displayed throughout all show signage, show website, social media, as well as in Press Releases and other marketing for the show.

Cleaning and Disinfecting – Gateway Convention Center will undertake deep cleaning before, during and after the Gateway Wedding Show to ensure the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness. Our event staff will clean high-touch points throughout the show, provide hand sanitizing stations spread throughout the event floor, and encourage regular hand washing.

Capacity – Gateway Convention Center will be following guidelines for the Gateway Wedding Show, based on 40,000 square feet of building space.
