The Women’s Conference is a great place to develop your leadership skills, build your business’ bottom line, educate your team on culture and take away some personal development ideas.

This event is brought to you by the Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce and will be held at Gateway Convention Center.  Copious Technologies will be providing the audio and visual for the event.  And the one and only Emily Manley will be our Master of Ceremonies.

“We couldn’t be more excited to put together a conference that includes stage speakers, breakout sessions, “Ask The Expert” tables, head shots, sexual harassment training and plenty of food for all” said Dawn Mushill, Executive Director, Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce. “Our goal is to provide a day filled with an array of options for our attendees” said Mushill.

Each attendee will be able to select the breakout sessions and “Ask The Expert” tables that would best fit their needs. Some of the speaker topics include team culture development, social media tips, developing confidence, hiring/maintaining good staff, personal safety, streamlining workflow and much more.
