Flexible Catering Options & Bar Services

Gateway offers flexible catering options for our clients. Catering at Gateway is not exclusive, therefore clients can choose what suites their needs the best from several options. Clients can use Gateway's in-house catering, they can select a Preferred Caterer, or the opt to bring in food from an Outside Caterer, which can be a catering company, a store, or a restaurant.

INTERNAL CATERING:
Gateway Convention Center has an internal Catering Department that can assist with your catering needs. Depending on your needs, our staff can customize a quote from our Director of Catering.

PREFERRED CATERING PROGRAM:
Gateway Convention Center has partnered with several fantastic caterers at a variety of price points and delicious menu options. We have also put together affordable and customizable beverage packages exclusively for Gateway Convention Center clients. Preferred Caterers are preferred partners of Gateway Convention Center, but they are separate entities. Gateway Convention Center cannot guarantee any terms, pricing, protocols, or policies of/for/on behalf of the Preferred Caterers. Gateway’s clients can choose the caterer of their choice. Clients work directly with the caterers to receive pricing and options. Clients sign a contract for catering services with the Preferred Caterers.

OUTSIDE CATERERS:
Gateway Convention Center also allows clients to utilize a caterer that is not a Preferred Caterer. Clients also can bring in any restaurant or store-bought food. The food must be made in a commercial kitchen. Homemade food is not allowed. Clients can bring inoutside sealed soft beverages only. If clients decide to bring in catering froman outside source, the clients must complete an Outside Catering Agreement as well as pay a Outside Caterer/Clean-Up Fee.

BAR SERVICES:
Bar Services are exclusively provided by Gateway Convention Center. Outside alcohol is not permitted at Gateway Convention Center.
